We ensure every plant is:
✔ Healthy
✔ Pest checked
✔ Securely packed before dispatch
2. Orders & Pricing
• All orders are subject to product availability
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Jemiva reserves the right to change prices without notice
• Order confirmation is sent via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
We may cancel orders if:
• Product is out of stock
• Pricing error occurs
• Customer details are incomplete
• Delivery location is not serviceable

4. Delivery Terms
• Delivery timeline: 1–3 working days (local)
• Delays may occur due to weather or logistics
• Customer must provide correct address & phone number
If delivery fails due to:
• Wrong address
• Phone not reachable
• Customer unavailable
→ Re-delivery charges may apply.
5. User Responsibilities
Customer must:
• Unbox plants immediately
• Water as per care guide
• Keep in shade for 24–48 hours
• Follow instructions provided

7. Limitation of Liability
Jemiva is not responsible for:
• Damage due to improper care
• Delay by courier
• Natural plant behavior
