Jemiva is a casual simulation. By creating an account you agree to play fairly and to these terms.

Garden Coins, Gems, produce, decorations, themes, and other virtual goods are licensed for use inside the game. They have no cash redemption value unless a specific law where you live requires otherwise. They are not property, not a bank balance, and not convertible to real currency by other players.

Gem packs, Garden Club, and the Garden Pass are optional. The free garden is meant to stay enjoyable without them. Prices can change. Failed or duplicate payments must not credit Gems more than once; if a verified payment is missing Gems, contact support with the payment id.

We may suspend accounts that cheat, harass, or abuse the market. We may run maintenance and change growth times, prices, and rewards to keep the economy healthy.
